Soch Matters is a platform that connects people with independent professionals for therapy, counselling and specialist consultation. By booking a session you agree to these terms and to the professional standards that apply to the service you book.
Nature of the service
Sessions provide professional support, guidance and consultation. They do not constitute emergency care, and outcomes are never guaranteed. Regulated services are provided only where the relevant professional is qualified and legally permitted to do so.
Bookings and payment
Session fees are shown before you confirm a booking. Paid sessions are confirmed once payment is completed through the available payment methods for your region.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel or reschedule a session in line with the notice period shown at booking. Cancellations made with sufficient notice are eligible for rescheduling or refund; late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information, attend sessions from a private setting where possible, and treat professionals with respect. Recording sessions without consent is not permitted.
Intellectual property
The Soch Matters name, logo and platform content are owned by Soch Matters and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
